Ranch House Restaurant

We have been coming here on Fridays at least once a month with the in laws. Prices are very affordable and atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Waiters are always very efficient and responsive to our needs. A family of 6 can easily order as they please and still keep under $100. Definitely worth trying the fish fry special it you are into fish. My family loves it and that is what keep us coming back! I tried breakfast for dinner this most recent time but may be switching it up next time since it was not as satisfying. Overall, such a great place to eat and very decent prices.

Had breakfast at this restaurant this morning for the first time and I was beyond impressed with Sara, who’s very kind and warm greeting made me feel welcome and her attentive service was simply outstanding. Plus the atmosphere at this restaurant are very welcoming, kind and comfortable, I wouldn’t hesitate driving from Chula Vista, where I reside, to return to this restaurant.

Hidden treasure in east county. No frills nothing to fancy just a good ol greasy spoon! Great breakfast, good service and small business. It’s worth a stop! Reasonable prices and quality food. One of the best Ham steaks in Town!!

Nice, old school type diner. Clean, well kept, with traditional type menu. Easy to miss when driving by, but a very pleasant surprise when entering.

Have been a long time customer. The staff takes care to make our table ready, to provide smiles and great food. Breakfasts are awesome and sandwiches incredible. They also have a large room in the back if you need a place for a party or a meeting g. We book it for card night Christmas and other events for the group. The Staff are family now and so kind

A hole in the wall that I pass by every day. The location/ sign is hidden. Small parking lot. Next to RV shop, who would guess? But worth the try. The decor is outdated and booths with holes in them need replacement. We were skeptical. But when the food came out, we were impressed. For the price, very affordable, the steak was huge! Very tasty. Catfish was so good and tartar sauce was yummy. Salads were well done. But the rolls aren't rolls, they are bread cut in half lol. Friendly people. We are probably going back to try their breakfast next time.

First of all, Sara our waitress was/ is the friendliest waitress we've ever had! She made us feel so welcomed, got our orders correct & checked on us occasionally as every waiter/ tress should but doesn't. My boyfriend ordered the corn beef hash with eggs & I got the half order of biscuits with gravy. The biscuits were so warm & soft, I felt like I was eating cake! We will be coming back!
